This mischievous Beach-Ball like Pokemon loves giving light jolts to unsuspecting beach-goers who mistake it as such.
Unlike normal Electrode, the Summer variant is Electric Water and have a few different abilities from the normal one, including Surge Surfer to make sure it catches any electric waves!
You'll also receive a pair of stylin' sunglasses to match your new beach bro!

This is an Event form Fakemon, and will return to the server as a natural spawning Pokemon Yearly for the Summer Bash event hosted in July.
